How to Souki

Welcome to the Souki.com help page. If this is your first time visiting or using Souki.com then I recommend reading the following steps.

In a few easy steps you can have a new favorite restaurant, bar or activity.

Step 1:

Select your activity, e.g. restaurant, your favorite sort of food, e.g. International, and the city or town where you want to go out for dinner, e.g. Amsterdam.

(see example picture 1.)

Example picture 1. (Restaurant, International, Amsterdam)

Step 2:

Choose one of the restaurants on the list(see example picture 2.)

Example picture 2. (Chosen restaurant)

Step 3:

The page will show various information about the chosen restaurant, e.g. if it has a terrace, free parking and paying methods. Also it will show a little introduction text in the green bar. Next to that it will show contacts information, this is the point where decide if you like the restaurant or rather visit a different one.

Do you like the restaurant by the first impressions? Click on the right (highlighted) to get a route description or/and a map. Or do you want to know more about the restaurant? Try and read a view reviews by pressing the review button.(see example picture 3.1. and 3.2.)

Example picture 3.1. (route map)

Example picture 3.2 (reviews)

At example picture 3.2. is an 1/7 in the right corner of the review area, this is the number of reviews and on which review page you are.

Prefer to visit a different restaurant? You can go back to step one and make a new query.

Step 4:

This step comes after you visited the restaurant, this also requires a registration and you have to be logged in.

Did you like the restaurant, or didn’t you? Please leave a review behind so other people receive some more information about the restaurant. This is done by going to the same page as seen in example picture 2. Then select the restaurant and drag & drop it in the green area above the map area.

(see example picture 4.)

Registration on Souki.com

Why would you register with Souki.com? Your registration gives us the possibility to give personalized results. This is done by registration of your interaction with the website and giving you the possibility to rate the search results. We compare the registered information with information we received from different persons. The compared information will influence the order of the results. If we have no information about you, your search results will be in an order determined by what registered Souki users like.

In the future there will be a possibility to search for people. If you allow your location to be shown and be reached by a text message, people can send you a text message if you’re in the same area. This choice is completely your own decision. When this option is further developed, it will allow you to track your friends/colleagues when you have an appointment. This also means that you can see if they are having a delay or that they arrive early.

In Manhattan you can play the game on a total new level, totally in 3D and special effects. This time you're wearing a Pacman suit and you're running on the streets getting points and running from the ghosts who are your fierce enemies. From the control post you'll get the instructions from the Pacman General how to walk with use of a mobile phone and WiFi. So are you up for a new challenge and staying the undisputed champion? Then Pacmanhattan is something for you. But be carefull if you decide to run from a Ghost, because the normal traffic in the streets can also make sure your game over.
